About The Role
TM Landscaping is seeking a skilled, hands-on Fleet Mechanic to join our growing team and help keep our trucks and equipment running strong. We rely on our fleet daily to deliver the high-quality, all-season service our clients have come to expect and you will play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Job Duties
Diagnosing and repairing fleet vehicles, trailers, and specialized landscape equipment
Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Responding to equipment breakdowns—including in-field repairs when needed
Maintaining equipment such as tractors, small engines, aerators, spreaders, and loaders
Managing and maintaining a clean, organized workspace and parts inventory
Documenting all repairs and maintenance in our tracking system
Coordinating with outside vendors for outsourced maintenance, as needed
Supporting the team to keep operations efficient, safe, and on schedule
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience in automotive, truck, or fleet maintenance
Strong diagnostic and repair skills with both vehicles and small equipment
Ability to work independently and take ownership of fleet care
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A commitment to safety, detail, and doing the job right
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
