About The Role
We are looking for a special person to work with management in leading maintenance crews in the field with integrity, teamwork, and pride in every property we care for. In this hands-on role, you willl guide a crew to ensure that each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You will take ownership of daily operations across residential properties, from lawn care and garden bed upkeep to seasonal cleanups and landscape enhancements. Along the way, you will communicate with clients, support your team, and lead with the professionalism and care that TM is known for.

Job Duties
Crew Leadership & Communication
Lead and motivate small teams on job sites
Communicate with clients, supervisors, and team members
Ensure tasks are completed on time and to TM standards
Identify site needs and propose proactive solutions
Landscaping Duties
Mow, edge, weed, prune, mulch, and clean garden beds
Use and maintain powered equipment (mowers, blowers, edgers, aerators, etc.)
Operate hand tools with proper technique (shovels, pruners, rakes, trimmers, etc.)
Monitor and maintain equipment for safe, effective use
Perform seasonal tasks like cleanups and lawn care services
Record Keeping & Safety
Attend mandatory team and safety meetings
Wear proper safety gear and lead by example
Complete accurate job sheets and notes
Follow all safety and company protocols
Qualifications & Experience
Landscape maintenance experience
Leadership ability and a strong team mindset
Positive, self-starting attitude with attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
Valid driver’s license
English fluency (Spanish a plus)
